Todd’s birthday was in May. And as I’m more into experiences as gifts rather than things, I decided to take him hang gliding. I had gone for my birthday 5 years ago (thanks to my sister, the best gift giver ever) and I loved it. Todd loves to fly so I knew he would love it. But circumstances as they were, we couldn’t go until last weekend.

So off to Saltspring we went. My friend went with us but unfortunately there wasn’t enough wind so only Todd got to fly. But that’s okay with me, because it was his birthday gift after all.

He sure looked like he enjoyed it 🙂
