Nathan is in a NO phase. No this, don’t wanna do that. Don’t wanna wear the hat. Don’t wanna play with the toys.

Ah. Three year olds.

So I ignored him. And then he came over on his own and put the hat on. Then he wanted me to open the toys out of the package. I asked him if he wanted to ride the horse, so we went and got that. And finally, his mom managed to get him into a costume that used to be worn by his grandpa.

Suddenly a cowboy was born.

He was riding into the sunset. Shooting his teddy bears and trying to figure out why the plastic bullets were all stuck together.
