Lithuania and Latvia Travel Photographs
I took these a few years ago. But I was too mad to look at them. You see, I had just been informed that I had lost my job and I had to go to Lithuania to train my replacements. I love to travel but this … this was hard. The Lithuanians were lovely, their country so interesting from a photography perspective and now, years later, I am finally over my bitterness. I found these today going through old work and thought I might share them.
I think the above two are actually in Germany, where we had a pit stop.
Some of my colleagues enjoying the small beers they have in Lithuania.
And then reenacting the scene on the wall behind them.
Gorgeous light.
The one below is framed in my house. I love this picture.
On the weekend, Kate and I went to Latvia, which looks like Lithuania but with different accents.
The Baltic.
This is a castle in Lithuania. I wish I could remember the name.
Now that I’m over being mad, I can appreciate this trip for what it was. Free travel, lots of amber (I love amber jewelry). 🙂
